Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

AcroAtlas (“we”, “us”) is an app for acro partners to keep track of what they can do together and what to try next. It is made by Lokesh Devnani in India. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it, and how to delete it.

What we collect

Waitlist

If you join the early-access waitlist, we collect your email address so we can confirm your signup and send occasional product and launch updates. If you reply to a waitlist email, we also receive whatever you choose to include in that reply.

Your account

  • Your email address and which sign-in method you used.
  • If you use Apple or Google, they send us your email and may send your name the first time.
  • If you use a password, our authentication provider stores only a secure hash. We never see it.

What you put in the app

  • Your display name and role: base, flyer, or both.
  • Your shared Atlas, including its name, members, skills, practice lists, flows, and saved items.
  • Hashed invite codes and corrections you send about a pose or move.

How the app is used, and when it breaks

We collect product analytics about screens and actions, plus crash and error reports with device, operating system, app version, and language. PostHog may use your IP address to estimate city and country. We do not collect precise location.

On the website, Cloudflare processes basic traffic data and signup events such as viewing, submitting, succeeding, or failing. These events may include the form location and campaign tags in the page URL, but we do not send your email address with analytics events.

We do not collect contacts, photos, precise location, advertising identifiers, health data, or payment details. We do not use the microphone or camera.

Why we use it

  • To run your account and sync your Atlas with your devices and partner.
  • To understand what helps and fix what breaks.
  • To improve the pose and move catalogue from your corrections.

We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Your partner can see

Members of a shared Atlas can see its members’ display names and roles, along with the marks, lists, and flows in that Atlas. They cannot see anything outside the Atlas you share.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your waitlist email until you ask us to remove it or it is no longer needed for early access and launch communication. You can reply to any waitlist email or contact us to be removed.

We keep your data while you have an account. You can delete it in the app: on Practice, tap the partner avatars at the top right, then Our space → Account → Delete account. This signs you out, removes you from shared Atlases, withdraws unused invites, erases your display name, scrubs your email, and revokes Sign in with Apple if used.

A shared Atlas stays with your partner but no longer carries your name. An Atlas with no members is deleted. Analytics and crash records may be kept for up to 12 months. Email us to have them deleted sooner.

To delete your account without the app, email privacy@acroatlas.app from the address on your account. We will respond within 30 days.

Security and children

Traffic between the app and our providers is encrypted. Database rules restrict your Atlas to its members. AcroAtlas is not directed at children under 13; contact us if you believe a child has provided data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, or object to its use. Email privacy@acroatlas.app and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes and contact

We will update this page and its date when this policy changes, and tell you in the app when a change is significant.
