Delete your AcroAtlas account

In the app

1. Open AcroAtlas on the Practice tab and tap your partner avatars at the top right. This opens Our space.
2. Scroll to Account, tap Delete account, then confirm.

If you signed in with Apple, you’ll be asked to confirm with Apple once more.

Without the app

Email privacy@acroatlas.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in, email address, and display name.
• Your membership of every shared Atlas and any unused invites you created.
• Everything the app stored on the device you delete from.
• Your Sign in with Apple authorisation, if used.

What is kept

A shared Atlas stays with your partner, including its marks, but no longer shows your name. An Atlas with no members is deleted. Analytics and crash records may be kept for up to 12 months; email us to have them deleted sooner.
